With a portfolio of about 120 apartments and houses around Ikoyi and Victoria Island, as well as several more in other Lagos areas, Abuja and around the country, the company is run by well-qualified professionals, and supported by competent administrative, customer relations and field officers, headed by Mrs. Fatima Edu. A graduate of both Architecture and Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota, U. S. A., Mrs. Edu also holds a M. Sc. (Arch.) in Economics and Management of Construction from the UCL, University of London. The Abuja office is managed by Hadiza el-Rufai, who holds an M.Sc. in Architecture and an Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She has had a lot of experience, lecturing, as well as practicing, Architecture, and has held several management positions, one of which was at the National Electric Power Authourity (NEPA, where she left as a Principal Manager. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), International Facilities Management Association of Nigeria (IFMA) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). She joined Participant Properties as Executive Director in June. Mrs' el-Rufai supervises all the Northern Nigerian operations. The day-to-day operations in Lagos are run by the General Manager, Lauretta Izevbigie-Langley, who has had more than 15 years experience in the United States. Having worked with several Property Management companies with huge portfolios, her last job was the Property Director of Walden Residential Properties Inc. Dallas, Texas, where she managed 800 & 1500 unit apartment/town houses. She has a Marketing degree from Cleveland State University, Ohio and got her Real Estate License from the Texas Real Estate College. Lauretta also has her CPM (Certified Property Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, USA. Participant Properties (PPL) prides itself in providing the most totally managed apartments available in the market today. In offering this service, PPL lays emphasis on managing, both the facilities and the tenants, with the highest quality and standards.

Cornerstone Construction (Nigeria) Limited was incorporated in 1987 as a limited liability company to engage in Building and Civil Engineering contracting, Estate Development and Project Management. Since inception, we have handled several construction works for private and corporate clientele across the country. These include Federal and State Governments and some clients resident within and outside the Country. Kasese Cobalt company Ltd. (KCCL) was formed in 1992 as a corporate entity with the government of Uganda to recover cobalt metal from an unstable stockpile of a cobalt-rich sulphide concentrate (pyrite). It is located near Kasese town(30E,00"17N), 420 km west of Kampala, Uganda along the Kasese-Mbarara road. The project’s cost was US$153 million making it the largest foreign investment in Uganda. It has also attracted grants from international government agencies for environmental projects, health centres, roads, bridges and other community projects The project will process cobalt from existing cobalt-rich pyrite stockpiles at Kasese. Cobalt is extracted using a bioleaching process that is unique to the KCCL operation, the only cobalt bioleach operation in the world. The project is having an extremely positive impact in the surrounding area and eco systems by removing the threat of acid water runoff and contamination of Lake George and Queen Elizabeth National Park KCCL, in co-operation with the Ugandan government, regional and local stake holders, is a leading company in setting standards in corporate social responsibility, Human Resources management, safe efficient operations and contributes to the uplifting of social and economic conditions in Kasese and surrounding areas.
