East FZCO, based in Dubai's Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority was established in
1995 with the objective of supporting both the OE and aftermarket sectors with
EXEDY standard range, EXEDY Racing Clutch and DYNAX products in the Middle East
and North Africa region. The continued growth of EXEDY Clutch reflects the
commitment of the EXEDY Group to the regional markets in the Middle East and
North Africa.

Safari Tuff Clutch
For serious 4X4 enthusiasts and Safari companies in Africa, EXEDY’s enhanced design and material specifications give you the confidence to attack the (beaten) track! The EXEDY Safari Tuff clutch range has been purposely engineered to meet the demands of serious four wheel driving – specially in tough African conditions.
The EXEDY Safari Tuff Clutch Kit comprises a purpose engineered cover assembly which boasts a minimum 25% increase in clamp load in comparison to standard. The cover assembly also features an anodized cover pressing to limit corrosion, spheroidal graphite anti burst pressure plate casting and additional drive straps.
The Safari Tuff Kit also comprises a high quality clutch disc which has upgraded damper springs and premium grade friction materials.
The Safari Tuff range has been designed by EXEDY in one of the world’s most comprehensive facilities and extensively tested in some of the toughest four wheel drive races in the world by champions in the African Offroad Rallies, Malaysian Rainforest Challenge and the Xtreme Winch Challenge.

Exedy MT business includes development, fabrication and assembly of clutch discs
and clutch covers for maul clutches. In addition to a wealth of accumulated
technology, Exedy has also pioneered new products such as the Hydrodamp system,
motorsports clutches and WAD (wide angle damper) 
which demonstrates exceptional sound and
vibration suppression to meet the demand for a smaller size and lighter weight.
Exedy also supplies products for the heavy construction machinery, industrial vehicles, agricultural equipment. Exedy's TS business ranges from development to fabrication and the assembly of high-quality products - most notably power shift transmissions.
To meet todays's demand for easier driving, Exedy has a comprehensive production system for automatic transmission parts, especially the most vital component, the torque converter. Exedy has developed a high-effciency compact super-elleptical type torque converter employing advanced hydrodynamics, as well as the world's smallest, lightest forward-reverse unit (FRU) - indispensable for continuously variable transmissions (CVT).
Through this continuing development of new products and new technologies, Exedy is contributing to the further evolution of the automobile sector.
