The Churchgate Group was founded in 1968, to boost the industrial and trading sectors of Nigeria. We embarked on the start up of greenfield industries and acquired several more when companies were privatised. Slowly but surely, we succeeded in becoming one of the leading industrial conglomerates in the country. In the process, we also secured a significant market share in the trading of commodities; this continues to be one of our core businesses over the years. After the Nigerian government signed the 1998 WTO protocol, the industrial sector began to slow down. The issue of porous borders was also a major concern. Together, this forced us to reassess our focus. Building on our core strengths and goodwill, we have now made considerable inroads into the real estate and financial sectors. We intend to approach these areas with planned development and calculated growth while maintaining the superior standards and performance expected of us. We are also committed to upholding environmental and ethical best practices. Currently, the Group is investing in hospitality, residential and commercial real estate. We have also acquired core investor positions in two leading Nigerian banks. All this, we see as the beginning of an exciting journey ahead. The economic and social environment is also in our favour. The Tower Group commenced with Aluminium Kitchenware in 1959 with its flagship company Tower Aluminium (Nig.) Plc & over the years expanded its operations, investments & commitments in Nigeria . ABB has been established in Nigeria since 1977 with its headquarters located in Abuja FCT. We have a branch office in Lagos and an upcoming sales office in Port-Harcourt, as well as various site/project offices located around the country. The industries served include oil and gas, power, chemical and life sciences, pulp and paper, metals and minerals, and marine. Manufacturing Automation: This business area provides robots, related equipment and modular manufacturing cells for tasks such as assembly, finishing and machine tending. Key markets include automotive, foundry, packaging and material and handling.

NWSC is a utility parastatal 100% owned by the Government of Uganda. It was established in 1972 under decree following recommendation by World Health Organization (WHO). The mandate of the Corporation is to operate and provide water and sewerage services in areas entrusted to it, on a sound, commercial and viable basis. The NWSC operations were initially in three towns of Kampala, Jinja, and Entebbe. In 1988, four additional towns of Mbale, Tororo, Masaka, and Mbarara were handed over to NWSC by  the Directorate of Water Development (DWD).  In 1995, the Corporation was re-established and the towns of Kasese and Fort Portal were handed over to NWSC following a successful rehabilitation financed by the German government. In April 1999, the town of Kabale was handed over to the NWSC as a prerequisite to the rehabilitation and expansion work which was due to be carried out with funding from the German government. The total number of towns currently served by the NWSC are fifteen (17) viz; Kampala, Jinja/Njeru, Entebbe, Tororo, Mbale, Masaka, Mbarara, Gulu, Lira, Fort Portal, Kasese, Kabale, Soroti, Bushenyi, Arua, Malaba and Mukono.
