It has put its attention on Home Electronics and Home Appliances to comply with the prevalent demand in Ethiopia. With our partners LG electronics, we focused on achieving a customer friendly and a one on one approach and thus established the Brand Shops. We started with just two Brand Shops in 2013, and as of 2015 we have expanded up to 16 Brand Shops. Moreover, in order to expand our business and outreach the consumers demand, we manufacture LG TV’s in our factory established in 2010. To meet and satisfy our consumer’s demand, Metro PLC along with our partners focuses on after sales service. Metro PLC has now up to 3 branches for Service Center and is still expanding to be able to reach all of our customers.
