De United Foods Industries Limited, Noodle Division, started its operation in year 1996 at Ota, Ogun State, is the first instant noodles manufacturing plant in Nigeria and the largest in Africa at that time. The company started with staff strength of about 500 but today it has over 1500 staff members working effectively and efficiently towards one common goal; to satisfy its customers by continuously offering a variety of nutritious, healthy and quality products. DUFIL PRIMA FOODS PLC was incorporated in 2001 as a private limited liability company at Choba, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Upon completion of a restructuring exercise the company was converted to Public limited company and became the holding company of the group in year 2008. The existence of the facility arises due to the growing demand for the product from the consumers of the region and the nation. The objective is to provide fresh and quality product to the consumers. Northern Noodles Limited is the third and the most recent state-of-the-art automation noodle manufacturing factory commissioned in Kaduna in year 2011. Northern Noodles limited entered in the pages of history of our group not only for being the quickest in completion of a project but also for being the first ever fully automated plant from start to finish i.e. flour handling silo system to auto carton casing. The company doubled its production capacity within a span of six month and proposes to further add to it by the end of year 2013. The objective of the company is to provide fresh and quality product to the consumers of northern and central part of Nigeria.Insignia Print Technology LFTZ Enterprise is part of DUFIL group and started in year 2007 at Lagos Free Trade Zone, Lekki, Lagos. It is the first initiative towards backward integration of the Group. Insignia has started with a large capacity of printing flexible packaging material to meet DUFIL's requirement. The objective of Insignia is to operate as an independent company catering to DUFIL packaging needs. Insignia aims to specialize in the Food Packaging sector. Our goal is to provide our customers flexible packaging solutions that will protect, extend shelf-life, in an attractive consumer friendly design with international quality standards. De United Foods Industries Limited, Seasoning division, started in year 2008 at Ota, Ogun State. Seasoning division is a fully automated packing plant with the objective of catering to all the requirement of DUFIL's seasoning sachets. Pure Flour Mills Limited, Flour Division, started in year 2012 at Choba, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. It is another initiative towards backward integration of the Group. The company presently supplies flour to Dufil Prima Foods Plc and Pasta division. Pure Flour Mills Limited, Pasta Division, started in year 2012 at Choba, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The company is manufacturing 'Power Pasta' brand of long spaghetti. It is a new product offering from DUFIL apart from Indomie instant noodle. The company has installed the state of the art fully automated line from M/s FAVA, Italy. Raffles Oil LFTZ Enterprise, palm oil refinery, is another backward integration initiative of the Group. The refinery will be ready by mid of year 2013 and is located at Lagos Free Trade Zone, Lekki. The company is also planning to put the fractionation and packaging plant along with the refinery.
