Cornerstone Construction (Nigeria) Limited was incorporated in 1987 as a limited liability company to engage in Building and Civil Engineering contracting, Estate Development and Project Management. Since inception, we have handled several construction works for private and corporate clientele across the country. These include Federal and State Governments and some clients resident within and outside the Country. It is on record that we are the first privately owned construction company to embark on an affordable Housing Delivery Scheme, which culminated into the construction of mini-condominium Flats for outright sale to the general public in 1991. To date, we have developed five (5) Housing Estates successfully within the Lagos metropolis and its environs. This level of enviable performance resulted in numerous awards being bestowed upon the Organisation among which are: The Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) Annual Best Construction Company Award (2005). Muigai Commercial Agencies Ltd was founded in 1976 by Mr. Samuel Kahiga Muigai in Nakuru town initially as a general insurance agency. After establishment, it incorporated and ventured into estate management and property consultancy. In 1991, the Directors decided to open a Branch Office in Nairobi as a policy move to expand the business operations into Kenya's capital city and to satisfy the Rift Valley Province investors in particular. Moving into the city not only offered the company an opportunity for expansion but also increased the overall market share and volume of business. Muigai Commercial Agencies Ltd Head Office is based in Nakuru. The head office has 26 staff including a management team comprising of the Managing Director, Financial Director, General Manager (Property Matters), Estate Manager, Chief Accountant and Insurance Executive. The Nairobi Branch has 20 staff members including a management team comprising of the Managing Director, Operations Manager, Property Manager, Branch Accountant and Marketing Executive. Both branches are located in the respective central business districts.

We are Real estate Agents, property managers, property developers and facility managers.
