Balton has been working in Africa since the 1960s, providing equipment and supplies and managing projects to bring state-of-the-art technology and products to African markets. Our UK Head Office co-ordinates the work of our subsidiary companies in Africa. We have 19 offices on the African continent altogether, including local companies based in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya and Zambia. 

Among our customers are many respected international companies, NGOs, Government Ministries and Public Services in Africa, along with local entrepreneurial businesses. 

Balton Tanzania Ltd is a company locate in Dar-Es-Salaam and Arusha, we are part of Balton CP, a British company. Balton CP business is totally focused on Africa, operate in 15 Sub Saharan African countries, delivering high quality projects and business solutions which span the fields of Agriculture, Public Health, Electromechanical Engineering and Communications Technology. 

We have been delivering successful projects in Sub Saharan Africa and in Tanzania for around than 50 years, working through our managers and their local teams who have first class knowledge of the towns and the communities we serve. We have strong, longstanding strategic relationships with the manufacturers of many leading brands and we add value through technical excellence. This means we can offer our customers a unique blend of local resources and technical expertise – with real practical experience of working in Africa.
