MultiTEK is an independent, Indigenous Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Company, established in Nigeria in 1992 as a two man partnership enterprise. 

The Company had rapidly grown and was therefore recapitalized and incorporated in 1996. MDSL is part of a group of technology driven companies, 92% Nigerian owned in a strong technical partnership with DinoTEK UK Limited, a UK leading technology ICT and Energy integrator and distributor of various OEM solutions.
