Tusilago Kitchens is a specialist designer of quality and stylish kitchen and have a wide range of fitted kitchens that can be installed by our professional team of kitchen installer. Tusilago takes pride in being the first kitchen company to be awarded kitchen fitting business by Homelink. We are currently preparing for the installation of 120 outstanding quality kitchens for Homelink.
Who we are
Tusilago was founded in 1996 on the belief that Zimbabwean home owners deserve interior fittings of international standards and that achieving this should not be a painstaking process. The name Tusilago comes from the artic tussilago flower which blooms every year after a long and harsh arctic winter. We believe that this brave and resilient little flower is a befitting symbol of a company that has grown from a 2 person venture to a market leading player in its industry. The name also reflects on our inspiration from Scandinavian design, quality and efficiency.
What we do
Tusilago's area of expertise has over the years grown from kitchens and wardrobes to bars, office and library fittings, laboratories, reception areas, hotel room fittings and shop fittings. We cater to home owners as well as project managers, architects, building contractors and interior designers and decorators. Our projects are residential as well as commercial. We have extensive experience of working with corporate clients for large scale projects such as mining villages, cluster house developments, hotels, NGO's and embassies, schools, churches, hospitals and laboratories.Â

Each project is carefully managed by an in-house team consisting of a senior manager, a customer coordinator, a designer and a fitting team leader. Our clients are found in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi.
Our sales and design team  are there for you. Their job is to find out what you want. Our service to you is based on honesty, fairness and trust. We do not consider you to be a once off client, but rather a new found friend. The team can come to your home and carry out a full measurement of the area and space available. They will discuss your requirements and design preferences. They will walk you through our showroom and show you the materials and accessories that are on offer (and can offer you interior décor tips so your kitchen fits right in).

Once you have identified what you want to use, together you will begin to design your kitchen. Our 3 dimensional visuals will bring your kitchen to life. Here, you can play around with the colour combinations until you find exactly what you want. Once your design is finalised, production will begin.

Assembling your dream
Our team of skilled and experienced craftsmen pride themselves on building your kitchen exactly as per your plan. Quality assurance checks are taken at every stage of the production process to ensure your satisfaction. The production process is now so streamlined and efficient that our team challenges themselves to produce at least one quality kitchen per day.

Fitting and installation
Our qualified professionals will make sure that your kitchen is installed to the exact specifications that you dreamed of. After installation we will conduct an official handover ceremony so we can celebrate with you and walk you through your new kitchen unit by unit.Â

1.) Appliances: Will you be getting all new appliances or keeping the old ones? If you plan on keeping any appliances that you might already have then we need to know the width, length and height of these units so we can design around those specific dimensions.

3.) Plumbing: How accessible is the plumbing if things need to be moved or replaced? Has there been any plumbing work done to your house within the last 3 years?

4.) Style and Look: Is there a certain look you like or dislike? If there is a certain look you know you want then telling us this upfront can save valuable time. If you're uncertain then our Design Consultants can help you achieve the right style for you. A helpful thing can be to cut out pictures from magazines or make notes after seeing something you loved on TV.Â
